Thunderbolts* has definitely put the MCU back on the right track again thanks to these scrappy anti-heroes.
It was great to see Florence Pugh have a more central role along with seeing more layers to Alexei (Red Guardian).
The film does feel like a new phase in the MCU and only demonstrates the bigger and better things to come.
I applaud Jake Schreier for the bravery in tackling really strong themes and successfully applying topics like mental health on…
Not entirely sure there is a market for this type of film…
A ‘presence’ that doesn’t know what it is or what it’s purpose is just leads to a bit of a mess of a movie.
The cuts between scenes were such a drag, not sure if they were getting longer or if I was getting more impatient.
Despite a character having a redemption arc the ending wasn’t rewarding enough.
Only positive for me was the relationship between the father and daughter.
