telenovana’s review published on Letterboxd:
A major trauma that haunts women on the Rote Islands. A form of harassment, even murder, from men who view women as sexual objects only.
Ethnically, it's sad, but from an artistic point of view, this film is packaged well and beautifully. The performance of the actors and actresses who are native to the area deserves great appreciation, and also the cinematography which seems to tell the story with intensity, with depictions of negative space, small objects, camera work, with all its workshops.
