So I watched this because Instagram reels kept showing me those god awful clips with the AI voice over and I got invested in the story. 
At one point the two leads make out while The Man of Metropolis Steals Our Hearts by Sufjan Stevens plays and Y’know what? That was hot. I’ll give them that. That was good.

In February I decided to ban myself from dating for 6 months and the outcome of that so far has been developing an almost outright phobia of ever having to date again so I thought I should watch a romantic movie to keep the innate lover girl in me alive. I can now confidently say that this movie was 100% the wrong choice and fuck me maybe I’ll stretch out the ban to 12 months.
