I decided to watch this epic because when I went to run errands today I found I couldn’t because they shut down all the stores ok 125th st for a few hours for Malcom X’s centennial birthday. Happy 100th birthday Malcolm X!!! 
Masterfully crafted and acted… Denzel Washington holy mother of god.. and Angela Bassett… some standout shots for me:

This was an experience like I’ve never had before in a movie theatre
Adrien Brody gave an excellent performance that kept me intrigued through this whole epic and Felicity Jones was also pretty stirring, some ppls performances fell flat alongside them .. sorry Joe Alwyn… except for that last sequence at dinner he was good in that. 
This movie gave me megalophobia (fear of big things)
Was thinking a lot about my fave professor Joe from architectural history of London…

Ohhhh this was lovely <3333 simple yet so lovely! I cried! I laughed! Tim key is something else!! Something else entirely… feel good situation here. I kind of like how I wished it would end differently but there was no healthy/happy way for that to happen for them.. life does not always give you happy endings! But they are even better for you. And it was happy ending enough lol
