Not to mention.. the irony between the issue this film is trying to raise vs what its producer has done for many years 💀 
Dark -> darker -> darkest -> blind 🧑‍🦯

Well, I guess “slowburn“ has already been the DNA of this franchise lol ... At least it’s not as slow as its predecessor. I bet they’re going to apply the same pacing technique in the 3rd film

Usually I hate slow-pacing movies, but I guess this one has a kind of magic that keeps me watching it till the end without too much looking to the rest of the duration—even though with hundreds of yawns lol

Bergenre action comedy kata Wikipedia, padahal lebih pas kalo disebut thriller-crime. Comedy-nya cuma works di 1 scene doang di babak pertengahan. Sedangkan action-nya juga cuma di-tease tipis-tipis sepanjang film dan baru pecah di babak terakhir.

Havoc ini punya cerita yang kurang engaging dan bagaimana dia berjalan pun kerasa lumayan draggy... Of course yang bikin betah nonton (dan bisa bikin ngasih rating 4 LOL) adalah action sequence-nya, walau emang ga se-brutal dan gaakan bisa se-revolusioner duology The Raid.

Kinda jumpy in some parts, but it pays off with the thrilling tension in the third act a.k.a the escaping scene

Udah nonton beberapa film dengan level gore yang setara dengan Pengepungan di Bukit Duri, tapi so far belum ada yang bisa se-triggering ini. Semua adegan feels so real, so depressing and of course so traumatizing even though for me yang ga punya darah Chindo samsek. Sinting. Indonesia, tolong kamu baik-baik aja ya, please. At least, jangan biarkan apa yang tersaji di film ini benar-benar terjadi 2 tahun kemudian. As a gore movie lover, kali ini resmi saya nyatakan, saya menyerah 🏳️

I know very fucking well that the storyline is nonsense, but who cares?? Coz it makes me laugh my ass off brutally 🤣🤣

Woah, I love the wide range of stories that this 3.5-hour movie gave. Even though the second act is kinda boring and nearly made me fall asleep, so I had to rewind some scenes, LOL.

Shout out to the VFX team. They successfully made me believe when the main trio—played by the same 1940s-born actor from the beginning—is younger than their real age or even looks older when the story develops.

Sekuel yang lebih bloody, berdurasi lebih panjang dan tentunya lebih padet! Puas banget selama 2 jam 30 menit nyaksiin adegan bacok-bacokan penuh tumpah darah yang super-duper intens dan thrilling. Apalagi dibantu dengan style sinematografi yang tak lagi seperti film pertamanya, sehingga (menurutku) menghasilkan pengalaman menonton yang jauh lebih mengesankan. Acting Iko Uwais pun mengalami peningkatan amat pesat dibandingkan dengan di film pertamanya.
