This is one of my comfort movies. The amount of times i watched it as a kid is unhealthy. It is like watching a comic book in motion.

Chris Evans, Jessica Alba, Ioan Gruffudd and Michael Chiklis are the peak of casting. I feel like if Victor von Doom was done right, this movie's reputation would be so much better, cuz 80% of the problems here are related to Julian McMahon's Doom. The F4 dynamics, chemistry with each other and origins are all on point.

Give me back my MCU, it was mine first. 😔

I regret all the times i was petty pretending this movie doesn't go hard as fuck, just because i am a hardcore X-Men stan and Stevie is weird towards the muties in the comics 🤪 Everybody well-casted, everybody truth to the source material just like the details and the storytelling. The fact that this serial killer ruined the inevitable romance between Finney and Robin is giving homophobia. Like, Duffer Brothers level of homophobia, high bar. And this movie was released during pride month, which makes things even worse.
