Crying… ofc I knew what’s gonna happen , but Timothee Chalamet is such a perfect Paul Atreides, to slowly see him crumble into this emotionless “saviour” in the prophecy to unite the Fremens into a holy war in the false hope of leading the universe into a golden path was painful for me to watch especially with the knowledge of what would happen in Dune Messiah , it seems like it’s clear 3 years of anticipation have led me to this perfection of adaptation and blockbuster cinema , an introspection of how a new ruler will always emerge and it’s all still the same , there will still remain political and religious followers blindly and fearlessly marching into the frontline shouting the name of a former human who once had qualities of friendships and love , filling me with fear…
