Not even close to the same level of the original, but god is it magical. One thing I love especially about this film in particular is its, frankly, impressive visuals. The camera work during the 1955 sequences showing the two versions of Marty acting simultaneously are the definition of movie magic. This probably has the most obvious 3 act separation of any movie ever, but I just love every damn second. Besides the 2015 "future" parts, this still holds up just as well as the first and is truly timeless.
