It's impossible not to fantasize growing up in the 80s while watching this! The Goonies brings me so much joy + comfort and makes me miss those days growing up with your buddies and going on little adventures that felt like you were entering new worlds, they captured that incredibly well in this. As a huge fan of the crime genre, American Gangster seemed like a film I would've checked off my list years ago. However, I wasn't overly impressed and overall I thought it was a fine film that was elevated by an awesome actor.
