how is it that these movies never get old

undoubtedly the best slasher around, if not for tasteful use of meta cliches, for its very real mystery and intrigue.
 
there continue to be layers and nuance in this movie I find even after a few rewatched, and I am forever in love with these characters and their dialogue - especially Stu Macher.

“i think coolsville sucks.”

this movie is iconic and there’s nobody who can convince me otherwise. the writing is killer too to bottom - this will forever be Scooby-Doo: No Way Home.

give me an entire luna ghost movie or give me nothing

infinitely rewatchable and always learning more about how clever these films are - #1 slasher of all time and I’ll die on this hill.

Really though, this movie is so so so so cool what an awesome concept and, for the early 2000s, superior execution.
