It's really a damn shame about what happened to Idiocracy. Idiocracy is the favorite movie of people who do TikTok skits mocking the top 10s of pretentious film bros in which every movie is an increasingly absurd pastiche of low concept foreign art films because they don’t know any real films to make fun of, not unlike Mike Judge writing his biting satire of post-9/11 America and all those stinking poors mucking the place up with their inferior genes.

I'll never get sick of Beavis and Butt-Head. This honestly might be one of the best pilot episodes of anything ever made. The intentionally crude animation here honestly looks better than the actual show. Mike Judge didn't quite have the voices down pat here, but the humour is fully-formed. Every time I see those two dumbasses sing a Black Sabbath riff or do that idiotic laugh, it brings a smile to my face. Mike Judge is a genius.
This is a surprisingly charming, knowingly absurd movie that knows exactly how to exploit the vague premise of a couple of teenagers doing dumb stuff - then expanding it out into a giant chase picture.
