My impression is mostly the same as my initial viewing- too much action without enough stories or characters and care about. The first 20 minutes felt like I was zipping between half a dozen non-descript locations to get all the ostensibly boring exposition out of the way.   Then it was all pew pew.  There’s also too many characters.
