Frida (Naomi Ackie) and Jess (Alia Shawkat) are two friends who meet Slater King (Channing Tatum). Slater invites them to his private island, but Jess quickly realizes that something is off about the place.Blink Twice is a modern revenge fantasy film with solid performances, strong visuals, and a super gripping second act. The film takes a bold approach that might not be for everyone. It's pretty violent, with some scenes that are downright scary. It tries to mix in elements of absurd humor and dark comedy, which works pretty well. But, there are a few jump scares early on, and the voices are so loud they're almost shouting "watch out!"
