The kids wanted to go again ... so what did I catch from my rewatch of my favorite movie of the year.

"Look, we know the title of this thing so I know what you're wondering: how are we gonna do this without dishonoring Logan's memory? Well, I'll tell you how. We're not."

While I was not blown away this time, I did piece Deadpool & Wolverine together better this time, while still being thoroughly entertained.

(Quick Hits) ... Spoilers:

- The exposition did feel a bit weightier this time, but having a better grasp of the story also made the action easier to take in

- I missed the Wolverine failure scene during my first watch, and no wonder why since there is barely anything to it. So he is finally wearing the suit to make up for not showing up for the X-Men ... lame

- The character realization was more substantial than I recalled, especially from Wolverine

- The action out in the wasteland was not nearly as interesting, minus Dead Pool and Wolverine being scrappy

- But the climax came together way better with the battle against the army of Dead Pools, and our heroes having to link together to save the day

So overall it was still fun despite the fact that I was really not ready to watch it again.
