Saddened to report that although it’s impossible to truly scorn time with these actors, I thought this was dull and devoid of anything very interesting.
I wanted to know these characters deeply so that I could feel for them deeply, but they were incredibly sparse outside of their occupations (and note taking abilities?). I’m having trouble pinpointing why these two people were even together outside of the obvious hotness factor.
Was practically on my knees begging for some wit. The monotonous screenplay gives them little to work with, but Garfield and Pugh squeeze out as much as they can to create some decent chemistry inside an otherwise forgettable film.
