I don’t understand how you could cast Jeff Goldblum in this movie without making him the voice of God
Problems:
1. A very white cast for a film about people in Egypt.
2. Some of the humor is very misplaced. Why is a camel spitting on Moses? Literally a prophet in three of the biggest religions in the world.
3. Honestly, this feels disrespectful of a lot of religions in a way. I don't think the faith of ancient Egypt is very common these days, but still, these were someone's beliefs. I get that this whole story is presented often (fairly or not) to people these days as being about the supremacy of the God/faith of the Hebrews, but still. I feel like there's a better way to tell this.
4. "Yes, all the innocent children are dead, but…

If this happened in the 2010's decade I imagine Moses would bring up letting his people go by playing Uno with Rameses. Rameses would get a card that says "Let My People Go or Draw 25" and would be stumped. Anyways, that's enough memes for today. This movie slaps, and it's top 5 DreamWorks for me.
