Michael Haneke’s genius strikes again.

That escalated quickly.

Powerful movie, the irony of it all. Was very close to shedding a tear. Isabelle Huppert really is one of the best actresses out there.

Well, this was special. 

Let me start by saying that the costumes, the set and some of the shots were very beautiful. The cast did a great job over all but Catherine Deneuve, Isabelle Huppert and Emmanuelle Béart stand out. Every character was unique and very well thought out.

My problem with this movie is the lack of comedy. It reminded me in the beginning of the movie clue but with a musical twist. I believe the movie could’ve been better, if only there were more funny/iconic lines. It just fell a little flat but overall still a good movie.

Jesus fucking Christ… I thought this was going to be a romantic movie to watch with my mom, boy was I wrong.

This was so intense. Horrible and disturbing but I loved it at the same time. This is the type of film that makes you question everything (and everyone). Truly brilliant.
