DENIS VILLENEUVE HAS DONE IT ONCE AGAIN.
A beautiful achievement of cinema. A love letter to war and sc-fi genre. This was incredible in every way. The cast are all incredible. Timothée Chalamet gives a powerful performance as Paul Atreides and truly shows why he really is one of the best actors working today. He definitely deserves an Oscar nomination. Zendaya is really good in this who also gives one of her best performances to date. Rebecca Ferguson is great as always. It was great to see more Javier Bardem. Josh Brolin is even better in this even though he didn't have as much screen time. Dave Bautista shines in every way, and does a brilliant job. Florence Pugh is great. Christopher Walken is really good as always. Austin Butler is so god damn incredible in this. He is easily my MVP of this movie. He may potentially be one of the best villains I've seen in a long time. I'm officially campaigning Austin Butler best ing actor 2025 Oscars. The fight between Paul Atreides and Feyd-Rautha is one of the best hand to hand combat fights I've seen in years. The score is even better than I first which is really saying a lot. Hans Zimmer you cooked as always. Greig Fraser absolutely cooked with the cinematography. For almost 3 hours the pacing is perfect. You will not feel it at all. Thank you Denis Villeneuve for this incredible cinematic achievement you have given us. I am going to rewatch this tomorrow and I haven't been more excited since Dead Reckoning and Oppenheimer to rewatch a new release. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. If you didn't like the first that much you are gonna love this. I can't wait for everyone to start talking about this cinematic masterpiece.
