TIFF: The Next Wave - Film #1
I want to be friends with the director and it was cool how she gave everyone stickers and mints, but I found this to be really mean spirited and kinda shallow. It’s funny at times, the editing is really unique and it’s pretty impressive how this was made before blockers/booksmart, but it doesn’t have the charm, depth and heart of those films.
I’m sorry Daniel but I do not think this was for me and I did not find it very funny, bless John Krasinki though

Both parts frustrating but, also very emotional.
One thing for sure is that I’m SO happy to be back in this film festival!
