one of the scariest things i've ever seen, featuring probably the most terrifying sequence i've laid eyes on in a movie. a few things didn't work for me - namely a couple editing/structuring choices and while the "people can't stop staring at my house" bit did provide some fantastic spooky imagery, i didn't quite buy into it as much as the other excellently crafted supernatural elements. otherwise this thing fuckin cooks. it makes me happy knowing there's room on a relatively prestigious plaform for a found footage-esque ghost story that a buncha pals cooked up just because they freakin wanted to!
