Hoop-Tober 1: Better Late Than Never

I've waited for this time of year since last Halloween. 31 Days of Horror is always my favorite movie challenge to do, but I wanted to step it up. I will still be doing the 31 Days of Horror this year, but I will also be doing all of Cinemonster's Hoob-Tober challenges before and after my 31 Days of Horror, starting with the first. I've always wanted to do these, so better late than never. Let's do this.

-There must be 31 horror films
-Have to have at least one film from 5 different decades.
-Have to least 5 films from one director OR 3 from 2 directors.
-Have films from at least 4 countries.
-Review them all.
