The competition films may be divisive—I’m looking at you, “Alpha”—but they haven’t been outright terrible, until now. Mario Martone’s “Fuori,” a jumbled, incoherent biopic about famed Italian author Goliarda Sapienza, is the type of film I’m sure was made with the best intentions.
